In May 2024, Friends Furever Animal Rescue volunteers applied for and was awarded a small grant from the Idaho Power Company that allow us to financially help pet owners in the Magic Valley spay and neuter their pets.

This application (below) must be completed in full to be considered for financial assistance with your pet's spay/neuter surgery at our partner vet clinic, Sawtooth Veterinary Services, Jerome.  We encourage you to submit an application for every unaltered pet in your household, but we need one application per pet.  We will respond to every application.   Please note that this application will work perfectly on a lap-top or desk-top, but may not work as well on your mobile phone.  You will receive a copy of the completed form automatically by our system.

 

We are reviewing applications on a first-come/first-serve basis and have limited funds to distribute.  Appointments are booking in July - August.

 

GREAT NEWS!!!  Sawtooth Veterinary Services, Jerome reduced their costs for this grant program, so we are only asking pet owners to pay a co-payment of $25 per pet for the entire surgery*.  For dogs, you pay an additional $25 if you cannot show evidence of a current rabies vaccine and/or license.

 

Selected applicants will receive an email with our CONGRATULATIONS and a customized, non-transferable voucher for your pet.  The applicant then emails Sawtooth Veterinary Services, Jerome to request an appointment.  They will call you to set up a day/time for your pet.  Please send your appointment to the rescue organization email.

*PLEASE NOTE that additional charges will be incurred if your pet is in heat/pregnant ($15).  Dogs over 60 lbs will pay an additional $20, >76 lb, $30, and over 100 lbs,$40.
